Each client has different needs.
A given need (for instance, learning a foreign language for work) is also different for each person who has it. The same way, there may be a huge difference between the needs of two people who live in places that are quite different from each other, even if they are geographically close.
Through our work, we want to contribute to increase the awareness about all beings' interconnection, and to establish that interconnection where it doesn't exist yet.
Every time we start a new project with a new client (whether it is an individual, a group, a team, or a whole organization), we start looking for projects, anywhere in the world, that aim at contributing to address someone's needs similar to our client's needs, but more basic. For instance, if our client needs us to work on getting unblocked when learning a new language, we look for a project aimed at helping someone to implement an adult literacy program, for instance.
When we find it, we contribute to that project with, at least, a 5% of our fees from our work with that specific client. We make this contribution when our work together is finished.
This is our choice, not our client's, who never gets involved in any of this, nor has to make any kind of commitment with anything other than our work together. When we finish and we find the project that will be the recipient of my +5% contribution, we let our client know which project it is and how much we are contributing with.
